Submitting an order means you formally propose a purchase intention to WHYSOIL. We reserve the right to independently accept or reject any order for legitimate reasons. The official order confirmation and successful payment processing shall be deemed as formal order acceptance.

Please carefully check item style, size, color, quantity and address information before order submission. After the order is confirmed and processed, cancellation requests may not be supported. In case of order rejection, modification or cancellation, we will notify you through the email, billing address or contact phone you reserved during ordering.

All purchased products are subject exclusively to our official Return & Refund Policy. All consumer purchases are limited to personal daily and household use only, and commercial resale, bulk export and secondary commercial trading behaviors are prohibited.

SECTION 4 - PRICING, BILLING & PROMOTION

All commodity prices, discount activities and promotion rules are subject to real-time adjustment without prior notice. The final settlement price of the product shall prevail at the time of order placement, which will be clearly displayed in the order confirmation email. You warrant that your payment information is true and effective, you have legal authorization to use the payment method, all generated fees will be normally honored by the payment institution, and you will bear all official settlement amounts including commodity prices, shipping fees and applicable taxes.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY LIABILITY

All delivery times displayed on the website are estimated values only, not guaranteed fixed time. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers, customs inspection, policy adjustment, force majeure and other uncontrollable factors.

After the goods are officially delivered to the logistics carrier, the ownership and risk loss of the goods shall be transferred to the purchaser. We shall not be responsible for loss, damage or delay occurring during independent logistics transportation.

This official store is built and powered by Shopify, which provides technical support and stable service system for our online store. All commodity transactions, order generation and consumer purchases occur directly between you and WHYSOIL.

Shopify is not responsible for product quality, after-sales service and transaction disputes between users and WHYSOIL. You hereby confirm and agree that Shopify shall be exempted from all liability related to your consumption transactions on this store.
