Return and Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return and refund service for all products purchased from the official WHYSOIL online store. All return applications must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date of order delivery.
Eligibility & Exclusions To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags, complete packaging and accessories. We do not accept returns for items with wearing traces, washing damage, artificial scratches, stains, missing tags, altered products and customized private items. Final-sale products, discounted promotional items and exclusive customized goods are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please carefully check the size, color and style before placing your order.
How to Start a Return To apply for a return, please contact our customer service via official email we@whysoil.com or store message, provide your order number and return reason to submit an application. After review and approval, we will send you detailed return instructions. Please return the products in intact condition. We will inspect all returned items within 3–5 working days after receiving the package. Full or partial refunds will be issued based on the actual order situation after successful verification.
Damages, Errors & Shipping Rules Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. For defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered items caused by our official errors, we will cover the corresponding return shipping fees. For voluntary personal returns due to personal preference, size mismatch or subjective reasons, the return shipping fee shall be borne by the buyer.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable: - Final sale & discounted promotional items - Custom or personalized exclusive products - Items with artificial damage, stains or missing original accessories
Exchanges We do not support direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please submit a return application first. Once your return request is approved and refunded, you may place a new order for your preferred item.
European Union Consumer Rights For orders delivered to the European Union, customers have the legal right to cancel or return the order within 14 days without reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
Refund Method & Processing Cycle All approved refunds will be returned via the original payment channel. The refund arrival time depends on the processing rules of the corresponding payment platform, usually within 7–15 working days. WHYSOIL reserves the final right of interpretation for the above policy terms.
